Caught in the middle
Lisa: Well I think this is a fantastic song and deserved to be a number one but unfortunately it was stopped by Enrique!!! It is still a popular song months later and still played all the time! It is one of my fave a1 songs! Its fab and Ben and Paul did a fab job!!!
Ben: You all know this one of course. It is basically about when a boy is with a girl but he cant stop thinking about the last girl he was with and he basically feels as though he's caught in the middle of these two girls.
Make It Good
Lisa: I think this is a good a1 song. I love the verses but I am not to keen on the chorus. I think this is moving to far away from a1's style and is a bit hippy and I dont think the charts are ready for this yet.
Ben: This is the next single and it sounds kind of hippy.
Here Comes The Rain
Lisa: This is a lovely song. It's an edgier ballad. I've got a feeling this might be the next single. Paul takes the lead on the chorus. "Tear down these walls once and for all and set me free."
Ben: This one's more of a rocky, Bon Jovi kind of ballad.
When Im Missing You
Lisa: I have mentioned this song in my favourite songs. I think it is a lovely ballad with lovely lyrics. Definitely one of the best on the album. "How can I sing when the words have gone dry how can I smile with a tear in my eye summers so lost with rain in mid June thats how it feels when im missing you" Awwwww
Ben: We wrote this track for our fans 'cos we'd been away for song long (Lisa: Awww hes so sweet! Isnt he girls!)
This Aint What Love Is About
Lisa: This is a good song with a catchy chorus. It's an upbeat song "We keep talking about the same old things we keep covering the same old ground."
Ben: This is about the relentless arguments in a relationship. It's like that in a1 sometimes - we argue like a bunch of old women.
Crazy
Lisa: This is a song written and sung by Christian. This is like a rockier ballad. "I must be crazy for leaving you must be crazy for feeling you but my heart lately has been untrue I must be crazy for leaving you"
Ben: This one's by Christian and it's got an Aerosmith kind of vibe
Learn To Fly
Lisa: I love this song. It has lovely words. It starts off with lovely music. With Ben starting off. It's another ballad. The words have deep meaning. I prefer the verses to the chorus. "Give it time, learn to fly, tomorrow is a new day and you will find your own way"
Ben: If you've lost the strength to carry on, this ballad says give it time and you will get through
Isn't It Cheap
Lisa: Well. Everyone who has heard it first says its rubbish but this song grows on you and then you love it. It is very very different. If you thought Make it good was different you havent seen nothing yet! Mark starts off and its a bit shouting (rocky) rather than singing and then they all use deep deep voices for the chorus. "Let me take you to a place I know right beside the dirty little picture show." It is very catchy and you will be guaranteed to be singing it all day within one listen!
Ben: A Really cool song - really funky
If I Cant Have You
Lisa: This is a lovely song. Another ballad but slightly upbeat as well. But lets face it the guys are the best at ballads!!!
Ben: This is simply saying If I cant have you I dont want nobody else
Make It Through The Night
Lisa: This is quite a good song but I find it a little plain to be honest. Theres not much to it really. Bit boring and it isnt really catchy. Maybe itll grow on me though.
Ben: This one was written by all of us in the same vibe as Make It Good
Cherish This Love
Lisa: I love this song. Its a lovely song written and sung by Ben. Another lovely ballad. "Sorry for making you cry for turning away as you walk on by, baby I need to be strong and I need 2 move on with my life."
Ben: I wrote this as a Boyz 11 Men style rnb ballad and we think its an amazing love song
Do You Remember?
Lisa: This reminds me sooo much of an LFO type of song. It is happy, lively, bouncy. Now why could that be??? Lol because the lads are only going and shagging someone in the back of the car! "turned the radio on they were playing our favourite song and there we were making love to the back beat.!
Ben: This reminds me of One Week by the Barenaked Ladies. Its about shagging someones girlfriend (Lisa: lol ooooooooooo cheeky!!!)
One Last Song
Lisa : This is a gorgeous love song! It starts of with the piano playing for an introduction and it is sung by Chris and Ben. Chris singing the verses and Ben singing the chorus. This was the first song I listened to of the new album (Thanx to natty my number 1 fan! Lol Shes a regular on the

Ben: This song came about really weird actually. Chris dreamt that the tune was being played on the piano and there were people like Elton John listening and they really liked it. So the first thing he did when he woke up is recorded the tune that hed dreamt.
Let It Out
Lisa: This is the lads football song which appears on a world cup album. I really like this upbeat song "Let it out Let It In" Very Catchy!
